THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. A. Provide the Student a space in an apartment as an agent for Owner. The University, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to utilize single rooms and studio apartments for double occupancy and, if such occurs, the Student shall be charged a lower room rate as determined by the University. In addition, the University reserves the right to reduce the number of residents per room, as space becomes available. The terms and conditions set forth herein are applicable to studio, single, and double occupancy rooms. Room furnishings for the Student include a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and chest of drawers. Each bedroom contains window coverings. Living and dining room furniture will also be provided.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. 1.1 Develop, administer, and operate the Program and provide guidelines for accomplishing the Practicum;
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. A. Recommend for placement in the on-site education program of the Agency only those students who have earned a satisfactory record and have met the minimum requirements established by the University for HHPR Degree Programs within the Department of HHPR.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a. Provide the Student with a single or double occupancy furnished room in UMW Residence Life Housing for the term of this Contract. The University, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to utilize single rooms for double occupancy and reserves the right to reduce the number of residents per room as space becomes available. The terms and conditions set forth herein are applicable to single and double occupancy rooms occupied by either one or two residents.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL. 2.3.1. Provide orientation for the Student on the rules of practical training and the results assessment procedure established by the Regulation on organization and implementation of practical training of Saint-Petersburg State University students.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a. Provide the Resident with a University apartment for the term of this Contract. The configuration is as assigned in the Certification section (part 11) of this Contract.
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a) take care of the professional development of the employee;
THE UNIVERSITY SHALL a. Assign a faculty member in its Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders the academic responsibility for coordinating the field experience.
