Local Dues. If requested by the Union, the University shall deduct PSE local chapter dues separately and remit all such funds to the local PSE chapter treasurer each pay period.

Where an employee has been suspended, reduced-in-force, or was discharged and subsequently returned to work with full or partial back pay, or has been reclassified retroactively, the University will deduct, from the back pay, the applicable union dues or fees which may be owing for the period for which the employee receives back pay.
Local Dues. 1. To assure that employees covered by this Agreement are adequately represented by the Association, the District shall deduct an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of REA-OEA-NEA dues from the salary of each employee who is not a member of the Association.
Local Dues. 2 Upon request by the PSE local Chapter, the District shall deduct PSE local Chapter dues 3 separately and remit all such funds to the local Chapter Treasurer on a monthly basis.
Local Dues. 45 Once during each school year on the employee’s October or initial pay warrant, the District shall 46 deduct local Chapter dues from the pay of all members of the Association and remit to the chapter 47 treasurer. Prior to September 1st the amount of said deduction shall be conveyed to the District by the 48 Chapter President.

Local Dues. 2 The District agrees to deduct local dues from all dues paying members annually from the October 3 paycheck. The Association will inform the district of the amount of local dues to be deducted.
Local Dues. The Executive Board shall determine the local membership dues no later than the August Executive Board meeting. A majority vote of the Executive Board is required to approve the local dues for the following year.
Local Dues. The local PSE Chapter shall notify the District of any dues deduction for the local 12 Chapter’s use. Said notification shall be in writing and signed by the Treasurer.
