List of Bargaining Unit Members. The Employer, upon request, shall furnish the Federation with an up-to-date listing of the names and addresses of all members of the unit.

The Employer shall furnish to the APEA/AFT/FNSBEA a roster of bargaining unit members and their addresses semi-annually at no cost to APEA/AFT/FNSBEA, first on June 30th and second on December 31st, and again as soon as practical after the execution of this Agreement. Other reasonable requests shall be honored by the Employer. The Employer will furnish the FNSBEA by providing to the APEA/AFT (Northern Region Office) with a copy of a Monthly Personnel Employee Report.

No later than the first paycheck in October of each school year, the Board shall provide the Association with a list of bargaining unit employees of the Board of Education and the positions held by said employees. The Board shall notify the Association monthly of any changes in said list.

APEA/AFT specifically agrees that all information provided will be used only for purposes related to the execution of the Agreement, that APEA/AFT will be responsible for the protection and security of information provided, and that APEA/AFT will assume liability that may result from any improper disclosure or use by APEA/AFT of information provided.

This list shall show the first and last name, XXX, department, the employee’s PCN, initial date of hire, the job end date for temporary and term employees, the termination date, employment status (regular, temporary, or term), the accrual date, bi-weekly pay, the employee’s title, and the employee’s mailing address. The Union specifically agrees that all information provided shall be used only for purposes related to the execution of the Agreement, that the Union shall be responsible for the protection and security of information provided, and that the Union shall assume liability which may result from any improper disclosure or use by the Union of the information provided.

Within 30 days of the beginning of classes each term, the College shall provide the Association with an Excel-compatible list of the names of all members of the bargaining unit, as provided in Article 3, Section G. The list shall include the last four digits of each person’s social security number, employee ID, date of birth, first date of service, FTE, title, worksite, work email, work phone, residential address, home phone and work phone.
