Interagency Workgroup. The agencies will establish an interagency workgroup composed of national office and field personnel, as appropriate. • The workgroup will identify new relevant information (below at b.) that is pertinent to the consideration of section 368 corridors. • The workgroup shall examine this new relevant information, review the corridors based on this information, and develop recommendations for any revisions, deletions, or additions to the section 368 corridors. • The BLM and the FS shall ensure that recommendations are conveyed to appropriate agency managers and staff and that these recommendations are fully considered, as appropriate under applicable law, regulations, and agency policy and guidance. • The BLM and the FS shall ensure that the siting principles (below at c.) are fully considered and public, tribal, and governmental involvement commitments (below at f.) are fully met.
Interagency Workgroup. In order to accommodate a coordinated effort relating to program implementation and resource sharing pertaining to improvement of the delivery of educational services programs, the pParties shall develop and participate in an interagency workgroup which meets on a quarterly basis to: ensure appropriate planning for the opening, closing, and management change(s) for DJJ and the SDPBC programs; review issues and concerns regarding implementation of agencies’ regulations, policies or practices; and provide a liaison network between the agencies. SDPBC OBLIGATIONS The SDPBC agrees to: provide technical assistance in the development and operation of educational services to ensure compliance with Florida Statutes and applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations; disseminate information about, and assist in the development and adoption of; promising educational practices for students in DJJ youth services settings; provide technical assistance to DJJ in the development, coordination, and review of personnel training needs for staff responsible for providing education-related services to students; and share student information according to protocols established in the SDPBC’s Total Educational Resource Management Systems (“TERMS”). “Read Only” access to the following TERMS panels shall be provided: A01 – Student Name Search A03 – Demographics A04 – General Admission A05 – Contact Information A06 – Health Information A07 – Assignment History A10 – Current Schedule A12 – Current Grades A13 – Academic History A14 – Graduation Status A15 – Daily Summary A17 – Absence Detail A23 – Special Programs A24 – Discipline; identify SDPBC personnel designated by the superintendent as authorized to receive confidential criminal history information; ensure that information obtained from the criminal history database will be disseminated only to appropriate school personnel and will carry a warning, regarding the reliability, confidentiality and control over additional dissemination; request juvenile criminal history information only for the purposes of assessment, placement or security of persons and property and maintain the confidentiality of this information; notify the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction when an adult or student commits any of the following offenses on school property, on school sponsored transportation, or at school sponsored activities: Homicide; Sexual Battery; Armed Robbery; Aggravated Battery; Battery on a teacher or other school personnel; Kid...
Interagency Workgroup. In order to accommodate a coordinated effort relating to program implementation and resource sharing pertaining to improvement of the delivery of educational services programs, the Regional Residential Director, Regional Detention Director, Circuit 17 Probation Chief , and SBBC shall develop and participate in an interagency workgroup which meets as needed:
a) To ensure appropriate planning for the opening, closing, and management change(s) for DJJ and SBBC programs;
b) To review issues and concerns regarding implementation of agencies’ regulations, policies or practices;
c) To provide a liaison network between the agencies; and
d) To monitor the implementation of the agreement.
