Related Business definition

Related Business means any business that is related, ancillary or complementary to the businesses of the Company and the Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date.

Related Business means those businesses in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is engaged on the date of this Indenture, or that are related, complementary, incidental or ancillary thereto or extensions, developments or expansions thereof.

Related Business means any business in which the Company or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries was engaged on the Issue Date and any business related, ancillary or complementary to such business.

More Definitions of Related Business

Related Business means the business conducted (or proposed to be conducted) by the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Issue Date and any and all businesses that in the good faith judgment of the Board of Directors of the Company are materially related businesses.

Related Business means any business that is the same as or related, ancillary or complementary to any of the businesses of the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries on the Issue Date and any reasonable extension or evolution of any of the foregoing.

Related Business means any business which is the same as or related, ancillary or complementary to any of the businesses of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on March 13, 2007, which includes (a) the acquisition, exploration, exploitation, development, production, operation and disposition of interests in oil, gas and other hydrocarbon properties, and the utilization of the Company’s and its Restricted Subsidiaries’ properties, (b) the gathering, marketing, treating, processing, storage, refining, selling and transporting of any production from such interests or properties and products produced in association therewith, (c) any power generation and electrical transmission business, (d) oil field sales and services and related activities, (e) development, purchase and sale of real estate and interests therein, and (f) any business or activity relating to, arising from, or necessary, appropriate or incidental to the activities described in the foregoing clauses (a) through (e) of this definition.

Related Business means any business in which the Company was engaged on the Issue Date and any business related, ancillary or complementary to any business of the Company in which the Company was engaged on the Issue Date.
