Communications Center. A. The University agrees to provide access to a secure room to be utilized by the Union as a Communications Center.
Communications Center. The Metro Cities Fire Authority Communications Center, located at 000 X. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX, was constructed and is owned by the City of Anaheim. Ownership of the real property and facility housing the Metro Cities Communications Center will remain solely the City of Anaheim. The Board may change the location of the Communications Center.
Communications Center. In addition, if at any time during the interlocal agreement period the CITY develops its own communication center, the CITY, at its sole option, may terminate this interlocal agreement, with at least ninety (90) days advance notice to COUNTY of said termination.

Vacations shall be scheduled from the beginning of the first pay period that includes January 1 of the upcoming year until the end of the pay period that includes January 1 of the following year. The Department shall make known the exact starting and ending dates for the vacation cycle prior to vacation picks each year. All Communications employees, except newly hired probationary employees, may submit three (3) requests to select a minimum of three (3) or more consecutive shifts for First round selections and may also submit Second round selections. Approved first round vacations may only be cancelled, if approved, by the appropriate Deputy Chief. When selecting vacation periods during November, these employees may not select more than twenty-one (21) consecutive working days during the vacation year, which may be waived with the approval of the appropriate Deputy Chief but such approval shall not be unreasonably denied. On the designated days in December, the Alarm Office Manager will begin to accept third round requests for vacation scheduling for the upcoming year with third round selection granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If two (2) or more requests for the same day off are received on the same day, the more senior employee shall have their request approved. The date of submittal of deferred time shall constitute the date for the first-come first-serve basis.
Communications Center. The Insurer will maintain, at its cost and expense, a toll-free phone number or a website (the “Communications Center”) which will be available from and after the Closing Date for Annuitants and Joint Annuitants to call with questions related to the Group Annuity Contract and the Annuity Certificates, it being understood that the Communications Center need not be solely dedicated to Annuitants and Joint Annuitants.

For a period of five years following the Closing, (a) the Company will maintain, at its cost and expense, one or more points of contact to which the Insurer may refer Covered Lives or Contingent Lives that pose questions relating to Plan benefits to the Communication Center, and (b) with respect to any questions by a Covered Life or Contingent Life related to such individual’s applicable employee benefits history in connection with the Plan, the Insurer will reasonably cooperate with the Company in connection with the Company’s response to such Covered Life or Contingent Life.
