Education of Students. The University shall assume full responsibility for the classroom and classroom education of its students. The University shall be responsible for the administration of the program, the curriculum content, the requirements of matriculation, grading and graduation.

Education of Students. The parties seek to educate young people in the democratic tradition; to xxxxxx their recognition of both individual freedom and social responsibility; to inspire meaningful awareness of and respect for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; and to instill appreciation of the values of individual personality. Early childhood educators have an obligation to present facts without bias, and to encourage students to think and to draw objective conclusions. Responsible teaching shall be encouraged for all early childhood educators who shall exercise such responsibility within the framework of the curriculum, school policies, good judgement, and common standards of decency which shall prevail at all times. Within these guidelines, the early childhood educator is encouraged to teach the student in the best manner of which he/she/they is capable.
Education of Students. A. The Board provides ongoing education to all students concerning appropriate online behavior, including appropriate interaction with individuals on social networking websites and in chat rooms and cyberbullying awareness and response.
Education of Students. WGU shall assume full responsibility for the education of its Teacher Candidates, monitoring and evaluating individual Teacher Candidate progress, the administration of the program, the curriculum content, matriculation requirements, and other issues required by its Student Teaching program.

Additional courses that become available during the semester may also be offered to the students upon the mutual agreement of the Parties hereto. Courses that are low-enrolled may be cancelled at the discretion of the University. The University shall assume full responsibility for the classroom education of its students. The University shall be responsible for the administration of the program, the curriculum content, the requirements for participation, grading, graduation, maintenance of records and faculty appointments. All students are subject to the University student code and other academic and administrative policies detailed in the current University Catalog.

  • Special Education Teachers Whenever any Elementary Special Education class to which a student(s) is(are) added as a result of the distribution of students from the class of an absent Elementary Special Education teacher, Article 8-7 shall be in effect. In addition, whenever the class size of the receiving Special Education teacher exceeds the class size maxim mandated by Special Education class size law and/or regulation, the Xxxxxxxx Formula in AAA Case No. 1139-0696- 85, February 21, 1986, shall be used to calculate the compensation which said teacher shall receive as follows: The rate of pay for said teacher for teaching said additional students shall be computed by multiplying the teacher’s daily gross compensation by a fraction in which the denominator is twenty-six (26) and the numerator is the number of children taught in excess of Article 8-1.1 Item 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
