ARTICLE GENERAL. The Employer and the Union desire that each employee be familiar with the provisions of this agreement and the rights and obligations under it. Copies of the Agreement shall be produced and paid for in alternate years by the Employer and the Union and distributed to the local Union for employees of the Association and the Employer as required. Where a full-time employee is regularly scheduled to work more than twenty-four (24) but less than forty per week then that employee shall be paid at the hourly equivalent of the time rate and receive benefits based on the ratio of hours worked to regular time hours.

ARTICLE GENERAL. The Company agrees to bear the cost of moving the furniture and other personal belongings of any employee permanently transferred at the Company’s request to another branch of the Company. ARTICLE GENERAL. The Employer will provide bulletin boards for the sole purpose of posting Union notices to its members. The bulletin boards shall be located to insure it is visible to all bargaining unit employees. Adequate rest rooms shall be provided and kept heated and ventilated and in a sanitary condition. The employee shall cooperate with the Employer in keeping the rest rooms in a clean and sanitary condition. The Employer shall reimburse the Union fifty percent (50%) of the cost of printing this Collective Agreement for all bargaining unit employees.

At the beginning of each fiscal quarter an work employee classified Electrician, Mechanic, Maintenance or Equipment Service shall receive eighty ($80.00) dollars over and above and separate from all other compensation, for purposes of maintaining a full complement of personal tools called for as a necessity of employment at the Company. Such payment shall suffice as consideration for the replacement and maintaining the essential assortment of tools in usable condition, progressive addition of metric-measure tools, and for any insurance thereof deemed appropriate by and paid for by the individual employee. new employee in the aforementioned classifications shall report equipped with a full complement of appropriate hand tools and be paid this allowance at the outset of each subsequent fiscal quarter upon presentation of sustained assortment of essential tools. Supervisors, technical and other salaried staff shall not do work ordinarily done by bargaining unit employees. This restriction, however, will not be construed to limit in any way the legitimate responsibilities of such supervisory, technical or salaried staff, including but not limited to any work involved (a) to test out innovative tools or tooling, untried equipment or processes, to improve methods, to instruct or assist employees, to inspect work, in an experimental project, in an emergency, or when the work to be done is necessary to maintain uninterrupted production until a qualified employee is present to take over.
