Local Union refers to the constituent local of the UNION at a College/University.

Local Union as used herein refers to the IBT Local Union which represents the employees of the Employer for the pur- pose of collective bargaining at the particular place or places of business to which this Agreement and the Supplements thereto are applicable, unless by agreement of the Local Union involved, or a Change of Operations Committee, or a jurisdictional award under Article 30 herein, jurisdiction over such employees, or any number of them, has been transferred to some other Local Union, in which case the term Local Union as used herein shall refer to such other Local Unions. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to alter the single employer, multi-union unit or single contract status of this Agreement.
