Common use of ARTICLE GENERAL Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE GENERAL. The Employer and the Union desire that each employee be with the provisions of this agreement and the rights and obligations under it. Copies of the Agreement shall be produced and paid for in alternate years by the Employer and the Union and distributed to the local Union for employees of the Association and the Employer as required. Where a full-time employee is regularly scheduled to work more than twenty-four (24) but less than forty per week then that employee shall be paid at the hourly equivalent of the time rate and receive benefits based on the ratio of hours worked to regular full time hours.
