Rest Rooms. 28.01 The Employer agrees to provide adequate rest rooms to employees. Employees shall cooperate with the Employer in keeping the rest rooms in a clean and sanitary condition.
Rest Rooms. 24.01 The Employer agrees to provide adequate rest rooms to employees. Employees shall co-operate with the Employer in keeping the rest rooms in a clean and sanitary condition.
Rest Rooms. The Employer shall maintain all rest room facilities in accordance with the applicable standards of the Ohio Basic Building Code. Where facilities are leased, the Employer shall make a reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the standards of the Code. Where practical and feasible, the Employer shall provide separate rest rooms and eating areas for employees. In those institutional facilities that presently provide separate rest rooms for employees, in areas in which clients, patients, or residents have ready access, employees' rest rooms shall have door locks that require a key to open from the outside, but may be opened without a key from the inside. Supplies of any type, other than such minor additional supplies used in the rest rooms themselves (e.g., soap, paper towels, tissue, etc.), shall not be stored in open, exposed areas of the rest rooms.
Rest Rooms. Separate, clean, well-lighted faculty rest rooms shall be provided for men and for women in each building.
Rest Rooms. 18.01 Rest rooms shall be provided and kept in a sanitary condition. The employees shall co-operate with the Company in keeping the rest rooms in a clean and satisfactory condition.
Rest Rooms. 14.01 The Employer agrees to provide proper rest room facilities including a cot or day bed for use of employees in case of illness. The rest rooms and office shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Rest Rooms. 25.01 Adequate rest rooms shall be provided, heated and maintained in a sanitary condition. A fan shall be provided in such rooms without central ventilation. Employees shall co-operate with the Company in maintaining rest rooms in a clean and sanitary condition.
Rest Rooms. There shall be well-lighted, clean, and properly equipped professional employee restrooms as well as a restroom in the Nurse’s office in each school with necessary keys.
Rest Rooms. The Authority will provide sufficient sanitary rest room facilities for employees. Employees will be expected and required to cooperate in maintaining sanitary facilities for their use.
