Equal Representation. As exclusive representative, the Union will represent equally and to the best of its ability all members of this bargaining unit without regard to membership in, or participation in the activities of the Union.
Equal Representation. The UNION, realizing its duty under the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, and to the extent that it is the exclusive representative, recognizes that it must represent all employees in this bargaining unit equally, without discrimination, irrespective of membership or non-membership in the UNION.
Equal Representation. The Union agrees to represent equally and without prejudice all members of the bargaining unit for purposes of negotiations with the Board concerning terms and conditions of their employment and the settlement of grievances.

The terms of this agreement have been made for all employees in the bargaining unit and not only for members of the Union. Accordingly, it is fair that each employee in the bargaining unit pay his own way and assume his fair share of the obligation along with the grant of equal benefit contained in this agreement.
Equal Representation. In the event the Distributor is involved in the marketing or distribution of products that are similar to or compete with the Products, the Distributor agrees to promote the Products alongside any such similar or competing products without giving such similar or competing products any priority or preference in sales collateral, commission plans or any other areas that will drive the success of the Products.
Equal Representation. The Union is required under this Agreement to represent all of the custodians in the bargaining unit fairly and equally without regard to whether or not a custodian is a member of the Union. The terms of this Agreement have been made for all custodians in the bargaining unit and not only for members in the Union, and this Agreement has been executed by the Board after certification by the Michigan Employment Relations Commission that the Union is the choice of a majority of the custodians in the bargaining unit.

The Union is required to represent all of the employees in the bargaining unit fairly and equally without regard to whether or not an employee is a member of the Union; the terms of this Agreement being made for all employees in the bargaining unit.
Equal Representation. The FOP/OLC, Inc. agrees to represent all Bargaining Unit Members equally.
Equal Representation. We mutually agree that the number of Agency and Union officials at meetings will be equal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
