Transmitted Data definition

Transmitted Data means all data or information acquired, accessed or sent by the Vendor as a result of this Agreement, including all data or information acquired, accessed or sent by or through any software used by the Vendor to perform services under this Agreement, which data may include, without limitation, personal information and City proprietary or confidential information.

Examples of Transmitted Data in a sentence

  • If the Group transmits data electronically (Electronically Transmitted Data, or ETD) to the Insurance Company for enrollment or termination of Members, the Group must follow the Insurance Company’s guidelines.

  • To the extent Vendor possesses any Transmitted Data in any form, medium or device during the Term of this Agreement or after, the foregoing obligations shall survive and continue to be in legal effect.
