Certificates of Insurance Sample Clauses
The Certificates of Insurance clause requires one party to provide proof of insurance coverage to the other party, typically in the form of official documents issued by the insurer. These certificates detail the types and limits of insurance carried, such as general liability or workers’ compensation, and may specify additional insureds or coverage periods. By mandating the delivery of these certificates, the clause ensures that the parties are adequately protected against potential risks and liabilities, and it provides a mechanism for verifying compliance with contractual insurance requirements.
