Customer Materials means all materials that you provide or post, upload, input or submit for public display through the Subscription Service.

• Customer represents and warrants that Cadastral’s use of the Customer Materials in accordance with this Agreement will not violate any applicable laws or regulations or infringe or violate any intellectual property or other rights of any third party or cause a breach of any agreement or obligations between Customer and any third- party.

More Definitions of Customer Materials

Customer Materials means any data or materials, provided by Customer, that are used in connection with the Software or Service Deliverables, such as technical information and functional specifications, user data, logos, photographs, compilations of facts, artwork, animations, video or audio files, or source materials for any of the foregoing.

Customer Materials means all materials, equipment and tools, drawings, specifications and data supplied by the Customer to the Council;

Customer Materials means any Raw Materials, components of Product, or other materials of any nature provided by Customer.

Customer Materials means all documents, information, items and materials in any form, whether owned by the Customer or a third party, which are provided by the Customer to the Supplier in connection with the Services, including the items provided pursuant to clause 5.1.4.
