Subscriber Data definition

Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

Subscriber Data means the name, address, telephone number, and any other information identifying a subscriber of a communications services provider.

Subscriber Data means the electronic data or information submitted by you, your Employees or Authorized Parties to the Service.

Examples of Subscriber Data in a sentence

• Subscriber shall be solely responsible for the Subscriber Data, including without limitation for uploading such data, securing transmission of such data to Bentley, and/or appropriately formatting and configuring such data for use with the Bentley Cloud Offerings.

• If Subscriber Data includes Personal Data and the processing of the same is regulated by Data Protection Laws and Regulations, the parties agree to adhere to the Data Processing Addendum (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/data-processing-addendum/).

• Subscriber shall indemnify and hold Xxxxxxx harmless against all claims against Xxxxxxx alleging that the Subscriber Data collected or stored for use with the Bentley Cloud Offerings infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any third party, or in any way violates any privacy or data protection laws.

• Xxxxxxx acknowledges, and Subscriber warrants and represents, that Subscriber owns all right, title and interest in Subscriber Data.

• Xxxxxxx shall maintain the confidentiality of all Subscriber Data and shall not reproduce or copy such data except as required to as permitted under this Section 6 in connection with providing Cloud Offerings or as may be expressly authorized by Subscriber.

More Definitions of Subscriber Data

Subscriber Data means any data pertaining to:

Subscriber Data means data collected or stored by Subscriber using Cloud Offerings, including, but not limited to, financial, business and technical information, engineering plans, customer and supplier information, research, designs, plans, and compilations, but not including any of Xxxxxxx’x Proprietary Information.

Subscriber Data means all electronic data or information submitted to and transmitted through the Oracle Cloud Service by Your Users.

Subscriber Data means data in electronic form input or collected through the System by or from Subscriber, including without limitation by Subscriber’s Users. Subscriber Data may include but is not limited to video and point of sale information.

Subscriber Data as used in this Agreement means the electronic data and files entered, imported, uploaded or transferred into the Subscription by Subscriber, its Affiliate, a User, or a Candidate, excluding any iCIMS Content.

Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Cloud Service.
