Licensed Data definition

Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);
Licensed Data means particular OS Data that is both: (a) licensed by OS to the Licensor under the PSGA Member Licence; and (b) either: (i) provided to the Contractor under Clause 5.1; or (ii) which the Licensor notifies to the Contractor in writing is to be considered as Licensed Data for the purposes of Clause 5.5; or (iii) where applicable, which the Contractor is licensed to use under the Addressing Multi-Contractor AgreementPublic Sector.
Licensed Data means a member contact record that includes information regarding a business professional, including the individual’s name, contact information, company affiliation, and other information made available to Client as part of the Services.

Examples of Licensed Data in a sentence

  • Subject to the above limitations, the Licensor’s maximum aggregate liability for this Section 6 hereunder for the Licensed Data is limited to $5,000.

  • For greater certainty, such records may include user requests, access and storage logs, security policies, documented controls and contracts with third parties accessing Licensed Data.

More Definitions of Licensed Data

Licensed Data means the results returned to Client by or on behalf of TeleSign in response to Client submitting Client Data as part of the Services.
Licensed Data means the data specified in Exhibit A-1 that exists as of the EFFECTIVE DATE of this AGREEMENT.
Licensed Data means the data fields (and the data contained therein) within the MLS Database Compilation that are included within the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) promulgated by the National Association of Realtors®, as currently in effect or as may be amended from time to time, or such other textual material, data, and digital images that LICENSOR and the other Members have authorized to be collected, compiled and entered, or cause to be entered, into the MLS Database Compilation and that LICENSOR and other Members deem appropriate to permit LICENSEE to access for display on Participants' or Subscribers' IDX Sites using the LICENSEE'S Software. The Licensed Data shall include Active Listings and Closed Sales in the MLS Database Compilation, or such greater or lesser content from each Member's MLS Database as specified in the Member's MLS Rules and Regulations, and shall be subject to the right of individual MLS Participants to withhold information about properties listed with the Participant's firm from inclusion within the "Licensed Data" as defined herein to the extent permitted by LICENSOR'S MLS Rules and Regulations or the MLS Rules and Regulations of the other Members. Unless specifically permitted by agreement among the LICENSOR and one or more other Multiple Listing Services that are not Members, the Licensed Data shall not include any data, text or digital images relating to real property listed for sale or rent, or that has been sold, that is submitted by real estate licensees who are Participants in Multiple Listing Services that are not Members. The Licensed Data shall only include the text, data and digital images that a Member's Participants or Subscribers have collected, compiled, and entered, or caused to be entered, into the Members' MLS Databases that LICENSOR and each Member have designated as available for display on MLS Participants' or MLS Subscribers' IDX Sites.
Licensed Data means any and all in vitro, in vivo, pre-clinical and clinical data related to the Licensed Products that is Controlled by the Licensor on the Effective Date or during the Term, including all such data that is Controlled by the Licensor pursuant to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ License Agreement. Licensed Data means the FCA US Scan Tool Data that is provided by FCA US to Licensee, such as by ETI pursuant to the ETI Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, Licensed Data will not include flash reprogramming software, e.g., the J2534 software, the files that are flashed into a memory of a controller in a FCA US vehicle when the controller is reprogrammed, security algorithms, and the like.
Licensed Data means third-party licensed data and including but not limited to postal, census, geographic, demographic and other data including customer provided data accessed by the Customer under the terms of this Agreement.
Licensed Data means, for the purposes of this Additional Terms, unless otherwise specified in a schedule attached hereto, the specific data elements comprising the “Licensed Data” (a) will be the inventory-related data as set forth at the following URL (or such successor URL as Manheim may establish from time to time in its discretion): http://developer.manheim.com/#/apis/marketplace/isws, and (b) may be modified by Manheim at any time in its discretion.
