De-Identified Data definition

De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
De-Identified Data means data that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable
De-Identified Data means District Data from which all personally identifiable information, as defined herein, and attributes about such data, have been permanently removed so that no individual identification can be made.

Examples of De-Identified Data in a sentence

  • Provider's use of De-Identified Data shall survive termination of this DPA or any request by XXX to return or destroy Student Data.

  • Provider's use of De-Identified Data shall survive termination of this DPA or any request by LEA to return or destroy Student Data.

  • De-Identified Data may be used by the Provider for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, development, research, and improvement of educational sites, services, or applications, and to demonstrate the market effectiveness of the Services.

  • Provider’s use of such De-Identified Data shall survive termination of this DPA or any request by LEA to return or destroy Student Data.

  • For the purposes of this agreement De-Identified Data will not be considered Personally Identifiable Information and, thus, shall not be deemed FERPA Data, as defined above, or COPPA Data, as defined below.


More Definitions of De-Identified Data

De-Identified Data means any Customer Data, including derivatives thereof, that have been aggregated, scrubbed, hashed, obscured or otherwise processed so that such data or information is not capable of being re-associated with or identifying Customer or any individual, account, device or organization.
De-Identified Data means data that cannot reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable natural person, or a device linked to that individual;
De-Identified Data means data about a person that cannot, without additional information, identify the person to another person or machine.
De-Identified Data means information (or any portion thereof) that (a) has been the subject of reasonable efforts to de-identify, aggregate and/or anonymize such data such that no individual, entity or particular record can be identified, or (b) is individually identifiable health information that has been de-identified in compliance with the de-identification standards set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 164.514(b) such that it is no longer Protected Health Information.
