Significant Obligations definition
Significant Obligations means Debt (other than the Notes) of any one or more of the Company and its Subsidiaries in an aggregate principal amount exceeding $20,000,000. For purposes of determining Significant Obligations, the “principal amount” of the Swap Contracts at any time shall be determined based on the Net ▇▇▇▇-to-Market Exposure.
