OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Any provision required to be included in a contract of this type by any applicable and valid federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulations will be deemed to be incorporated herein.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be undertaken in accordance with the requirements of all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Respondent shall obtain or cause its representatives to obtain all permits and approvals necessary under such laws and regulations.

Nothing in this Consent Agreement and Final Order shall relieve Respondent of its obligation to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, nor shall it restrict EPA’s authority to seek compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, nor shall it be construed to be a ruling on the validity of any federal, state or local permit. This Consent Agreement and Final Order does not constitute a waiver, suspension or modification of the requirements of Subtitle I of RCRA or any regulations promulgated thereunder.

OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Federal, state, county, or municipal laws and ordinances may affect the Premises, the Lease, and Landlord/Tenant relationship that are not specifically addressed in the Lease. Landlord and Tenant should consult legal counsel prior to execution of the Lease to ascertain such information.
OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. City agrees that all provisions of law applicable to the administration and operation of the Department Sales and Use Tax Law which are not inconsistent with Part 1.6 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code shall be applicable to the administration and operation of the City Ordinance. City agrees that money collected pursuant to the City Ordinance may be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Retail Sales Tax Fund and may be drawn from that Fund for any authorized purpose, including making refunds, compensating and reimbursing the Department pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement, and transmitting to City the amount to which City is entitled.
OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Operating as described in this application/notification does not ensure compliance with the Endangered Species Act, or other federal, state, or local laws.
