ORDER OF PRIORITY. Should Contractor and MPS sign Contractor’s Contract in addition to this Contract, the terms set forth in this Contract shall govern in the event of a conflict.

Full-time assistants will then select their vacation leave period in accordance with their length of continuous employment followed by Part-Time Assistants who will select their vacation leave period on the same basis. Term Employees with continuous employment will then select their vacation leave period on the same basis. A Part-Time Assistant who was formerly full-time and whose hours were reduced in accordance with Clause 12.05(a)(i) shall have priority to select vacation leave before other Part-Time Assistants.
