Supplier Materials definition

Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

Supplier Materials means any material owned by the Supplier and used by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx pursuant to this Agreement (howsoever created or stored) including internal guidelines, technical documentation and operating manuals, correspondence, application forms, literature and policy statements;

Supplier Materials means: all materials, equipment, documents and other property of the Supplier;

Examples of Supplier Materials in a sentence

• Among the responses, some of our Primary Suppliers were unable to identify any of the smelters or refiners used in the Supplier Materials supplied to us and certain responses also included names of smelters or refiners that we believe may have been incomplete or misidentified.

• Description of Supplier Materials and/or Services, is hereby amended and added to the Supplement to read as set forth in Appendix A attached hereto.

• To the extent any Supplier Materials previously created or owned by Supplier or developed by Supplier outside the scope of this Agreement are incorporated into any Deliverable, Customer shall receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such Supplier Materials, as incorporated, in connection with its use of such Deliverable.

• Customer shall obtain no rights in the Supplier Materials, except the right to use such Supplier Materials in connection with its receipt of the Services during the Term of the applicable SOW.

• Description of Supplier Materials and/or Services, is hereby amended and added to the Supplement to read as set forth in Appendix A, attached hereto.

More Definitions of Supplier Materials

Supplier Materials means Materials in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by the Supplier, a Supplier Group Company, a Subcontractor or any of their third party licensors, and which are used in the provision or performance of the Goods, Software or Services, or required for the use and/or receipt of the Goods, Software or Services;

Supplier Materials has the meaning given in Clause 7.1(h).

Supplier Materials means materials, equipment, documents and other property of Thales.

Supplier Materials means the various concepts, ideas, methods, methodologies, procedures, processes, know-how, and techniques; models (including, without limitation, function, process, system and data models); templates; general purpose consulting and software tools, utilities and routines; and logic, coherence and methods of operation of systems which the Supplier or any third-party has created, acquired or otherwise has rights in, including any improvements, enhancements, modifications or knowledge developed while performing the Services for the Customer and in any working papers and presentations compiled in connection with the Services but shall not extend to Customer Data reflected in such working papers;

Supplier Materials means all materials, equipment, documents and other property of Sir Tailor Master Tutor Ltd.

Supplier Materials means has the meaning given in clause 8.1.8.

Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 9.1.7.
