Restricted Data definition

Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.
Restricted Data means all data concerning (1) design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (2) the production of Special Nuclear Material; or (3) the use of Special Nuclear Material in the production of energy, but shall not Include data declassified or removed from the restricted data category pursuant to Section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 P.L. 83- 703, as amended.
Restricted Data as used in this clause, means all data concerning (1) the design, manufacture, or utilization of atomic weapons; (2) the production of special nuclear material; or (3) the use of special nuclear material in the production of energy, but does not include data declassified or removed from the Restricted Data category pursuant to Section 142 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.

Examples of Restricted Data in a sentence

  • DBI shall notify the Privacy Official (using the procedures that apply to Breaches of Unsecured PHI under Section 2.8(c)) of any State Breaches by or on behalf of DBI of Privacy Restricted Data that is or may be in violation of any State Privacy Laws.

  • The Parties shall comply with any Transfer obligations required by the Data Protection Requirements, including but not limited to executing any additional contractual language for Restricted Data Transfers and/or implementing a Valid Transfer Mechanism.

  • DBI shall be fully responsible for any creation, collection, receipt, access, storage, maintenance, modification, transmission, use, and disclosure of Privacy Restricted Data performed by or on behalf of DBI that is in violation of any State Privacy Laws.

Restricted Data means the data which Tracking Collaborators have submitted to the OTN Database on the condition that access to that data is restricted in accordance with this policy;
