Vendor shall compile the aforementioned data in the reports detailed in Section 7 of Exhibit A and share those reports with CPS. Via written consent, Vendor shall obtain authorization from each patient to collect this data from patients, and to share the data back with CPS. EXHIBIT B VENDOR’S HIPAA OBLIGATIONS At all times Vendor agrees to comply with the Administrative Simplification requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), as set forth in Title 45, Parts 160 and 164 of the Code of Federal Regulations (the "CFR"). In the event of conflicting terms or conditions, this Section shall supersede the other provisions of the Agreement.
