The Landlord or Building Management shall not be liable under any circumstances for injury, death, loss or damage to occupant/ Tenant’ staff at the Building which may be sustained by the Tenant, occupants, authorized representatives or its personnel for whom the Tenant is solely responsible, as a result of any act or neglect or any act by any third party.
