Monthly Fee. 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.

Monthly Fee. In consideration of the services provided by Service Provider, WMTC shall pay to the Service Provider C$6,900 per month plus reimbursable out of pocket expense - both being subject to Harmonized Sales Tax in Canada, with the monthly fee amount prorated for any partial month of service. Payments hereunder shall be made on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month following the month in which such services were provided.
