Office Building definition

Office Building. (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

Office Building means a building owned by the Obligor or for which the Obligor is a Ground Lessee, the primary usage of which is as an office building, including all land, amenities and improvements, with individual office space held principally for lease to commercial tenants and not principally for lease to recreational or residential tenants.

Office Building means a new office building to be occupied 100% by one owner or one tenant, which office building and owner or tenant meet the other criteria set forth herein.
