Examples of Building Common Areas in a sentence
No license is granted with respect to Building Common Areas other than the Food Court Common Areas.
The term "Building Common Areas" shall refer to all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the Building that are provided and designated by Landlord from time to time for the general nonexclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and of other lessees in the Building and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, and invitees.
Under no circumstances shall the right granted herein to use the Building Common Areas be deemed to include the right to store any property in the Building Common Areas.
Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Tenant's use of the Premises after Business Hours imposes additional burden on the Building's janitorial services, HVAC and electrical services, and the Building Common Areas.
