Building Project definition

Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.
Building Project means a project comprising building work, together with its associated engineering work, where the engineer is subject to the authority of another professional acting as the Principal Agent while financial and administrative matters are dealt with by another professional.
Building Project means the total scheme of improvement constructed or proposed to be constructed upon any Lot.
