Setup Fee definition
Setup Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, other than a Distressed Whole Loan, $10.00 if information is provided to Servicer in a format that enables electronic boarding or $25.00 if information is provided to Servicer in format that necessitates manual boarding. With respect to each Distressed Whole Loan, $15.00 if information is provided to Servicer in format that enables electronic boarding or $25.00 if information is provided to Servicer in format that necessitates manual boarding.
Setup Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, $10.00 if the Mortgage Loan is current or 30 days delinquent and information is provided to Servicer in a format that enables electronic boarding, $20 if the Mortgage Loan is 60 or more days delinquent and information is provided to Servicer in a format that enables electronic boarding, or $25.00 if information is provided to Servicer in a format that necessitates manual boarding.
Setup Fee means the amount of $200.00 (inclusive of GST);
