Subscription Period definition

Subscription Period means the defined period of time of the Subscription as set forth in an Order Form.
Subscription Period means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order.
Subscription Period means with respect to the relevant Solution subscribed to, the Initial Subscription Period together with all Renewal Periods.

More Definitions of Subscription Period

Subscription Period means the period in which units are offered for purchase on prevailing NAV of the respective Allocation Plan as defined in the Offering Document.
