Plans and Specifications definition

Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;
Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications developed for the Project.
Plans and Specifications means the plans, blueprints and specifications manual for the construction of the Improvements which are approved by the local city/county building department with jurisdiction over the construction of the Improvements and which Plans and Specifications are referred to in the Construction Contract. Any changes to the Plans and Specifications after approval by the appropriate government building department shall require the Consent of the Special Limited Partner.

Examples of Plans and Specifications in a sentence

  • As the Project Plans and Specifications may not be finished at the time the GMP proposal is prepared, the Construction Manager shall provide in the GMP for further development of the Project Plans and Specifications by the Architect/Engineer that is consistent with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable therefrom.

  • Such revised Project Plans and Specifications shall be furnished to the Construction Manager in accordance with schedules agreed to by the Owner, Architect/Engineer and Construction Manager.

Plans and Specifications means the plans and specifications prepared by the Project Architect who shall be licensed in the jurisdiction of the Leased Premises and selected by Lessee.
