If after due consideration the Employer still plans to implement the change, the affected employees will be given at least sixty (60) days notice. Notice time may be adjusted by mutual agreement between the Association and the Employer. 1212 Employees who are required to rotate shifts shall be assigned to work either day shift and evening shift or day shift and night shift. There shall be at least as great a number of day shifts assigned as there are evening or night shifts unless otherwise mutually agreed.
