Healthcare means a unit granted by Healthcare representing a general unsecured promise by Healthcare to deliver a share of Healthcare Common Stock, which unit is granted pursuant to a Healthcare equity plan as part of the adjustment to Tyco Performance Share Units in connection with the Healthcare Distribution; and (iii) when immediately preceded by “Electronics” shall mean a unit granted by Electronics representing a general unsecured promise by Electronics to deliver a share of Electronics Common Stock, which unit is granted pursuant to an Electronics equity plan as part of the adjustment to Tyco Performance Share Units in connection with the Electronics Distribution.

Healthcare means health services provided by health professionals to patients to assess, maintain or restore their state of health, including the prescription, dispensation and provision of medicinal products and medical devices;
