Provide for Sample Clauses

Provide for a second opinion from a qualified Health Care Professional within the network or arranges for the Member to obtain one outside the network, at no cost to the Member.

Provide for. The selection of tenants from a written waiting list in the chronological order of their satisfaction of all eligibility requirements, insofar as is practicable; and

Provide for a. Identifying and commending effective performance. b. Counseling and assisting unit members to improve performance. c. Appropriately documenting the basis for promotion, transfer, demotion, suspension, or dismissal.

Provide for. The selection of tenants from a written waiting list in the chrono- logical order of their application, inso- far as is practicable; and

Provide for. (i) The return of any amount withdrawn in excess of the actual amounts required for Subparts (d)(1)(E)(i), (ii) and (iii), or in the case of Subpart (d)(1)(E)(iv) of this Rule, any amounts that are subsequently determined not to be due; and (ii) Interest payments, at a rate not in excess of the prime rate of interest, on the amounts held pursuant to Subpart (d)(1)(E)(iii) of this Rule.
