Academy definition

Academy means the academy named at the beginning of this Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and includes all sites upon which the academy undertaking is, from time to time, being carried out.

Academy means a state funded, non fee paying independent school set up under a Funding Agreement between the Secretary of State and the proprietor of an Academy (most commonly, and hereafter, referred to as an Academy Trust).
