Tradespeople. For the purposes of this agreement the following classifications shall be considered as Tradespeople: Millwrights Electricians Instrumentation Stationary Engineers Move up Procedure Following the Downsizing Agreement Signed January 22, 1993. Stock Prep Move-ups In the position of Roll Cutter and Material Handler, the following provisions will apply for permanent move ups to the next higher position: • Roll Cutter – must have been a permanent Roll Cutter for two years – moves to Material Handler by Mill Seniority • Material Handler – must have been a permanent Material Handler for two years – moves to Pulper Operator by Mill Seniority. This applies only to persons currently classified as Roll Cutter and Material Handler. All other positions, including future postings will progress through the lines of progression in the established manner. Overtime will continue to be offered by department seniority to employees in the department, and if there are no volunteers, by mill seniority outside the department. Machine Move-ups In the position of Fifth Hand, Fourth Hand, and Third Hand, the following provisions will apply for permanent move ups to the next higher position: • Fifth Hand – must have been a permanent Fifth Hand for one year – moves to Fourth Hand by Mill Seniority • Fourth Hand – must have been a permanent Fourth Hand for two years – moves to Third Hand by Mill Seniority • Third Hand – must have been a permanent Third Hand for three years – moves to Back Tender by Mill Seniority. This applies only to persons currently classified as Third, Fourth and Fifth Hands. All other positions, including future postings will progress through the lines of progression in the established manner. Overtime will continue to be offered by department seniority to employees in the department, and if there are no volunteers, by mill seniority outside the department. The Company and the Union agree to meet on an as needed basis to discuss crew changes related to extended employee absence(s).

Tradespeople. Progression Lines (Filing Room, Planer) Ali employees be eligible to bid on “Backup Bids” subject to the following: I All employees accepting back-up bids will be frozen in that bid for a period of eight (8) months. If an employee accepts a different back-up bid, or a posted position, after eight (8) months and twelve (12) months, that employee will be frozen in that bid or posting for one year. If an employee accepts a different back-up bid or a posted position after twelve (12) months, that employee will be frozen in that bid or posting for a period of eight (8) months. Employees may only hold one “Backup Bid at a time. Should an employee bid on and win another “Backup Bid” they would lose their “Backup” status on their former bid. If no one bids on a “Backup Bid then the senior labourer will be asked to relieve this position. If a permanent vacancy exists in these positions then a “full time” bid will be posted along with another “backup bid. Employees will have one (1) tour to decide if they will accept a back-up or posted position.
Tradespeople. Tenant must utilize accredited tradespeople authorized to work in Whistler for all of Tenant’s Work. Tenant must utilize an accredited general contractor authorized to work in Whistler for Tenant’s Work, which must provide evidence of (i) general liability insurance in the amount of at least Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), and (ii) its general contractor’s license, evidenced of which must be provided to Landlord prior to commencement of Tenant’s Work. Landlord reserves the right to disapprove of the general contractor to be utilized by Tenant for execution of Xxxxxx’s Work. Tenant’s Work shall be approved by Landlord at its sole discretion. Tenant is required to utilize base building consultants or contractors when designing systems or performing work that involves modifications to the base building.

Tradespeople. Electrical Worker Grade (“A” Grade Electrician) $23.68 gross per hour Electrical Worker Grade (“B” or “L” Grade Electrician) $22.37 gross per hour Apprentice Rates 1st year Apprentice $9.21 gross per hour 2nd year Apprentice $11.84 gross per hour 3rd year Apprentice $15.65 gross per hour 4th year Apprentice $18.25 gross per hour SCHEDULE C ALLOWANCES Motor Vehicle Allowance 0.65 cents per kilometre This allowance is paid where an employee uses his/her own vehicle for travel between jobs during working time. Fares Allowance $14 per day Travel Time Allowance $4.30 per day On Call Allowance $55 per day First Aid Allowance $ 12 per week An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is a current holder of the appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from St John’s Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance as nominated above where they have been appointed by the Company to perform first aid duty. Meal allowance $ 10.40 per day An employee required to work overtime for not less than four hours and who has not been notified the day before that he or she will be required to work overtime shall be paid a meal allowance as specified above provided that such allowance will not be applicable where employment is in the same locality where the employee resides. Tradespeople. You must obtain the Company’s approval before any offsite tradespeople commence work on the craft. The Company will not unreasonably withhold approval, but they do reserve absolute discretion in that matter.
Tradespeople. It is agreed all employees covered by this agreement will perform all Electrical Tree clearing related work necessary to complete the job at hand, provided that the employees have the appropriate skills, training and licensing (if required) necessary. The union will make every endeavour to eliminate any demarcation issues that may arise from the performance of these works. Use of these skills may lead to reclassification of employees under the Award.
Tradespeople. Any claim arising as a result of work performed by any tradesperson or company engaged by You for the repair, service or maintenance of Your Vessel. We will also not cover the liability of any such tradesperson or company. Optional Liability cover for You can choose for additional Premium:‌ The following optional liability cover may be obtained on application, and for an additional Premium. This optional benefit is included within the limit for Legal Liability that is shown in Your Policy Schedule. Please also refer to ‘When you are not covered for – Legal Liability’ and ‘When You are not covered - General exclusions applying to all sections of this Policy’. Optional Water skiing and/or aquaplaning extension‌ What we cover If We have agreed to cover You and it is shown in Your Policy Schedule and You have paid any additional Premium We ask for, We will cover: • You, or • any person allowed by You to control Your Vessel, and • the person acting as an observer (within the requirements of any law) against legal liability for: • Accidental death or bodily injury to a water skier or aquaplaner (including You) towed by Your Vessel, • Accidental death or bodily injury to any person caused by a water skier or aquaplaner being towed by Your Vessel, or • Accidental Damage to Third Party property caused by a water skier or aquaplaner being towed by Your Vessel. We will also cover a water skier or aquaplaner towed by Your Vessel against the water skier’s or aquaplaner’s legal liability for: • Accidental death or bodily injury to a person, or • Accidental Damage to property other than Your Vessel caused by the water skier or aquaplaner while being towed by Your Vessel.
