Vendors. (a) Section 4.28(a) of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth, as of the date of this Agreement, the top ten (10) vendors based on the aggregate Dollar value of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ transaction volume with such counterparty during the trailing twelve months for the period ending December 31, 2020 (the “Top Vendors”).
Vendors. Any vendors engaged by Tenant to perform services in or to the Premises including, without limitation, janitorial contractors and moving contractors shall be coordinated with any work being performed by or for Landlord and in such manner as to maintain harmonious labor relations and not to damage the Building or the Property or interfere with Building construction or operation and shall be performed by vendors first approved by Landlord.
Vendors. The entity that is in the business of providing a Commodity or service similar to those within the solicitation.
Vendors. TMS may engage vendors to assist with aspects of the Services such as, for example and as applicable, Prepaid Card Account setup and Prepaid Card production (each, a “Vendo”r). Prior to engaging any new Vendor, TMS shall perform an investigation and risk analysis consistent with its internal governance, risk, and compliance policies and shall use its commercially reasonable discretion when determining whether to proceed with such engagement following such investigation and risk analysis. TMS shall oversee and monitor the activities of any Vendor and shall ensure that each Vendor performs its responsibilities in compliance with this Agreement and Requirements of Law.
Vendors. The School District contribution and matching employee contribution will be made to a company of the employee’s choice from the ISD 197 list of eligible tax shelter companies, subject to Section 2 of this Article. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to make all arrangements required by the vendor to insure that proper payment is made by the School District.
Vendors. Choice of vendors for equipment used for virtual collocation shall be under the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable GTE federal and state EIS tariff. Upon request by DTI, GTE shall provide a list of locally qualified vendors approved for the type of equipment to be collocated.
Vendors. No outside vendors will be allowed to sell any product or service on property without prior written approval from the Director of Parks and Recreation.
Vendors. A list of all outside vendors, caterers, musicians, photographers, and any other outside professionals must be submitted to the Events Office at least one month before the Event Date.
Vendors. Solicit, divert or appropriate, or attempt to solicit, divert or appropriate, directly or by assisting others, any products any products or services being provided to the Company from any of its vendors with whom the Executive has or had material contact during the last two (2) years of his employment to the extent such solicitation, diversion or appropriation would interfere with any such vendor’s ability to continue to provide the products or services to the Company or its Affiliates in the same manner and to the same extent as those provided to the Company or its Affiliates immediately prior to the Executive’s actions.
Vendors. Group reserves the right to utilize the vendor of its choice for services or rentals in the areas of (but not limited to) audio-visual, exhibit decorating, security, floral, transportation, tours, business center, computer rental, additional tables, additional chairs, pipe and drape, poster boards, etc., with no surcharge from Hotel or from its in-house supplier.
