Onsite Services definition

Onsite Services. Health Care provided for TDCJ offenders "onsite" at those TDCJ Units, including infirmary care at those TDCJ Units with infirmary care.
Onsite Services means Services, which are provided by the Supplier at the agreed Customer locations defined in the applicable Work Order.
Onsite Services are Support Services provided by Northwoods on behalf of Licensee at a Licensee-designated physical location other than the Northwoods offices or location.

  • You agree that we can change, delay, or cancel the Onsite Services at any time, including after they have commenced, if we believe that the safety or well-being of a JetBrains representative is compromised in any way.

  • Unless otherwise agreed herein, for Ricoh to perform the Onsite Services, Customer shall provide: (i) the office supplies (such as paper clips, staples, staplers, tape, etc.); and (ii) the office equipment (such as desks, shelves, telephones, file cabinets, table and chairs) that Customer and Ricoh mutually agree are necessary.

  • If you choose Onsite Services, you must also include the following details in the Purchase Order: (i) details of the location at which the Services are to be provided (“Site”); (ii) any equipment that will not be provided at the Site and we are required to provide; and (iii) any other information relevant to us for providing the Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any expenses related to the Onsite Services, to include travel costs, are not included in the relevant Hourly Rate.

  • Customer will be responsible for any local travel or nonlocal travel costs that provider incurs (to include reasonable handling fees) in performance of the Onsite Services.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.
