THE OPERATING ACCOUNT. Except as otherwise specifically provided in, or permitted by, this Agreement, all checks shall be drawn by the Borrower upon, and other disbursements shall be made by the Borrower solely from, the Operating Account.

Until the occurrence, and during the continuance, of an Event of Default, as provided in the agreement with the depository with which the Operating Account has been established, the Lender shall not be entitled to exercise any dominion or control over the funds in the Operating Account.
THE OPERATING ACCOUNT. The Borrowers will promptly deposit, or cause to be deposited, all Items of Payment to a demand deposit account, or other deposit account approved by and, with the Lender.
THE OPERATING ACCOUNT. (a) Funds in the Operating Account of each Borrower shall be utilized to fund disbursements made by such Borrower, including, without limitation, from any expense accounts maintained by such Borrower.
THE OPERATING ACCOUNT. 1.4 The Costs relating to the purpose of the Contract shall be recorded in the Operating Account in the Period in which they are incurred in accordance with the classifications of Costs published by the Fund and in accordance with the provisions of subsection 1.7 of this Annex 4.

(a) Except as otherwise specifically provided in, or permitted by, this Agreement, funds in the Operating Account of each Division shall be utilized to fund disbursements made by such Division, including, without limitation, from any expense accounts maintained by such Division, provided that funds in the Operating Account for the Filene's Business may be distributed to the Lead Borrower in the ordinary course to the extent necessary in order that the Lead Borrower may pay the expenses of the Filene's Business consistent with the parties' prior practices.
