Periodic Inspections. The Architect shall require its engineers and other consultants to perform, or to have their qualified representatives perform, Periodic Inspections at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction and consistent with the size and nature of the Work.
Periodic Inspections. Owner and its respective agents and representatives, including Owner’s Design-Build Consultant, shall have the right to inspect and test the Work at the Site or where the same is being prepared, manufactured, fabricated or assembled (including but not limited to any item of equipment and materials, design, engineering, or other service or the workmanship associated therewith). Such inspections and tests include, but are not limited to, those identified in Section 2.1.5 above. Design-Builder shall, at the request of Owner, arrange for any such inspection and testing at reasonable times and upon reasonable advance notice. Owner’s inspection and testing may include, to the extent Owner deems it appropriate, testing of such Work. Owner shall inform Design-Builder promptly of any defects or deficiencies in the Work it discovers in any inspection or test of the Work. Any inspection or test by Owner, Owner’s Design-Build Consultant or any of their representatives of any part of the Work, or any failure to inspect or test, shall in no way: (a) affect Design-Builder’s obligations to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents; (b) constitute or imply acceptance; (c) relieve Contractor of responsibility for risk of loss or damage to the Work; or (d) impair Owner's right to reject defective or nonconforming items, or to avail itself of any other remedy to which it may be entitled. All such inspections and tests shall be conducted in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with the normal performance and progress of the Work. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Contract Documents, Owner shall have the right to take photographs of the Work and Site at any time.
Periodic Inspections. LHA may conduct periodic inspections of the leased premises. Tenant shall receive advance notice as provided in Section XV and shall receive a written copy of the results of each such inspection.

Periodic Inspections. Periodic inspections of housing units are necessary to insure an adequate preventative maintenance program and insure decent, safe and sanitary housing for you and your neighbors. These inspections will be scheduled during the months of June and December of every year. Since the units are subsidized by the government, there will be times that we will do more frequent inspections. This will depend on when the funding inspections are scheduled. You will be given advance 24-‐hour notice of these inspections, and attempts will be made to coordinate them so that you can be present if you wish. If you have an authorized pet or assistance animal, please make arrangements so that Property Management can enter the unit. In emergency situations, or when there is reason to believe there is damage occurring in your unit, the property manager, or an agent of the property manager may exercise the right to enter your unit without notice.
Periodic Inspections. With respect to any facility or site at which a Party conducts Research, Development or Manufacturing pursuant to this Agreement, including, where commercially reasonable and within the control of the other Party, Third Party facilities or sites, each Party and any relevant Regulatory Authority shall have the right, at its expense, upon reasonable written notice and during normal business hours, to inspect such site and facility and any records relating thereto as is reasonably necessary to verify the other Party's compliance with the terms of this Agreement relating to GLP, GCP and GMP. Such inspection shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement. Each Party agrees, to the maximum extent possible, to include in any agreement with a Third Party relating to such facilities and sites a clause permitting the other Party and any relevant Regulatory Authority to exercise its rights under this Section. Each Party shall, upon the request of the other Party or a relevant Regulatory Authority, cause appropriate individuals working on its or any Third Party's behalf on the Research Program and/or Development Program, on reasonable terms and timing, to be available for meetings and to answer questions at the facilities or sites where such individuals are employed during normal business hours and on days mutually convenient to the Party or the Third Party in question. The requesting Party shall be responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the exercise of any right granted pursuant to the preceding sentence.
