Agency Agreement definition

Agency Agreement means the agency agreement entered into on or before the First Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Agent, or any replacement agency agreement entered into after the First Issue Date between the Issuer and an agent.

More Definitions of Agency Agreement

Agency Agreement means the agency agreement dated on or about the Series Issue Date of the ETC Securities entered into by the Issuer, the Trustee, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Paying Agents and any other parties thereto by the execution of the Issue Deed and in the form of the Master Agency Terms (as amended and/or supplemented by the Issue Deed) and as such Agency Agreement is amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.
