Ground Leases. Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.
Ground Leases means, from time to time, any ground lease relative to an Individual Property and with respect to “Ground Leases” covering Borrowing Base Properties, for which the Administrative Agent has given its prior written approval.
Ground Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(a).
Examples of Ground Leases in a sentence
The Ground Leases and this Agreement represent the entire Agreement between the Parties in respect to the issues contained herein related to the Multi-Use Campus and it and shall not be amended or altered in any way other than by an amending agreement in writing duly executed by the Parties and expressly and by its terms referable to this Agreement and the provisions so amended.
This Agreement as and from its effective date supercedes and extinguishes all prior agreements (other than the Ground Leases) between the Parties in relation to the Multi-Use Campus.
In the event of a dispute between the Ground Leases and this Agreement, the Ground Leases are to be considered the overriding Agreements.
More Definitions of Ground Leases
Ground Leases means, collectively, any and all ground leases in effect with respect to any portion of the Real Property.
Ground Leases means the ground leases described on SCHEDULE 4.30 attached hereto.
Ground Leases shall have the meaning provided in the Security Instruments, collectively.
Ground Leases. Ground Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
Ground Leases means those certain ground leases more particularly described on Schedule VIII attached hereto and made a part hereof as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each or any of the Ground Leases may be referred to herein individually as a “Ground Lease”.
Ground Leases means any ground lease agreements relating to any of the Hotels, executed by Landlord with any third party landlords.
