Ground Leases definition

Ground Leases. Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.
Ground Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7(a).
Ground Leases means, from time to time, any ground lease relative to an Individual Property and with respect to “Ground Leases” covering Borrowing Base Properties, for which the Administrative Agent has given its prior written approval.

Examples of Ground Leases in a sentence

  • The Qualified Ground Leases are in full force and effect and no defaults exist thereunder.

  • Perform, or cause their agents to perform, in all material respects, all obligations of landlord under the Leases, and lessee under the Ground Leases, and of each Seller’s or its Affiliate’s obligations under the Contracts.

  • There are no brokerage commissions, tenant inducement costs or finders’ fees payable by such Seller with respect to the current term of the Leases or the Ground Leases, other than those set forth on Schedule 3.2(d) attached hereto.

  • Such Seller has made available to the Buyer true and complete copies of the Ground Leases (including all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto) with respect to such Seller’s Properties as described on Schedule 3.2(h) attached hereto.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 3.2(h)(i) attached hereto, all ground lease improvements and other construction work to be performed by such Seller under such Ground Leases have been completed.


More Definitions of Ground Leases

Ground Leases means, collectively, any and all ground leases in effect with respect to any portion of the Real Property.
Ground Leases means the ground leases described on SCHEDULE 4.30 attached hereto.
Ground Leases shall have the meaning provided in the Security Instruments, collectively.

Ground Leases means those certain ground leases more particularly described on Schedule VIII attached hereto and made a part hereof as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each or any of the Ground Leases may be referred to herein individually as a “Ground Lease”.
Ground Leases means any ground lease agreements relating to any of the Hotels, executed by Landlord with any third party landlords.
