Definition of Ground Leases


Ground Leases means, collectively, any and all ground leases in effect with respect to any portion of the Real Property.


Ground Leases means, from time to time, any ground lease relative to an Individual Property and with respect to “Ground Leases” covering Borrowing Base Properties, for which the Administrative Agent has given its prior written approval.

Ground Leases means those certain ground leases more particularly described on Schedule VIII attached hereto and made a part hereof as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Each or any of the Ground Leases may be referred to herein individually as a “Ground Lease”.

Examples of Ground Leases in a sentence

There are no brokerage commissions, tenant inducement costs or finders’ fees payable by such Seller with respect to the current term of the Leases or the Ground Leases, other than those set forth on Schedule 3.2(d) attached hereto.
Except as set forth on Schedule 3.2(h)(i) attached hereto, all ground lease improvements and other construction work to be performed by such Seller under such Ground Leases have been completed.
Perform, or cause their agents to perform, in all material respects, all obligations of landlord under the Leases, and lessee under the Ground Leases, and of each Seller’s or its Affiliate’s obligations under the Contracts.
Such Seller has made available to the Buyer true and complete copies of the Ground Leases (including all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto) with respect to such Seller’s Properties as described on Schedule 3.2(h) attached hereto.
There are no Ground Leases to which such Seller is a party for all or any portion of such Seller’s Properties, other than the Ground Leases set forth on Schedule 3.2(h) attached hereto.

Ground Leases means, collectively, those certain leases described on Schedule VIII attached hereto, as modified by any agreements executed by a Ground Lessor in favor of Lender in connection with the Loan.


Ground Leases means, collectively, each ground lease set forth on Schedule 1.01(C) attached hereto as each may be supplemented, replaced, terminated or modified from time to time.

Ground Leases means any ground lease agreements relating to any of the Hotels, executed by Landlord with any third party landlords.

Ground Leases means the Ground Lease and the Ground Sublease.

Ground Leases means the Ground Leases effective as of April 1, 2019 (other than those between members of the AgCo Group, on the one hand, and members of the SpecCo Group, on the other hand, which are effective as of the date of the AgCo Distribution), by and between members of each of the SpecCo Group, the MatCo Group and/or the AgCo Group, as applicable and as listed on Schedule 1.1(124).

Ground Leases means, collectively, those certain leases described on Schedule V attached hereto.

Ground Leases means, collectively, all leases of land and/or improvements thereon under which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary is the lessee, and including all “Ground Leases” as defined in the Mortgages.
