REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY. Any student applying for a program that is discontinued by the school shall receive a complete refund of all fees and/or tuition paid. It is the policy of Computer Training Source, Inc. to issue refunds of tuition and fees in a prompt manner. As a matter of courtesy, students should give written notification to Computer Training Source, Inc. (in person or by registered mail) of their intention to withdraw from a program. However, Computer Training Source, Inc. does not require written notification withdrawal as a condition for making refunds. If no notification of withdrawal is received, and a student has had an unexplained absence of more than fifteen

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY. The student has the right to cancel the initial enrollment agreement until midnight of the 5th business day after the student has been admitted. If the right to cancel is not given to any prospective student at the time the agreement is signed, then the student has the right to cancel the agreement at any time and receive a refund on all monies paid to date within 15 days of cancellation. Cancellation should be submitted to the authorized official of the school in writing. When notice of cancellation is given after the midnight of the fifth business day following acceptance but prior to the close of business on the student's first day of class attendance, the school will retain the application/registration fee. When notice of cancellation is given after the student's completion of the first day of class attendance, but prior to the student's completion of 5% of the course of instruction, the school may retain the application/registration fee, 10% of the tuition and the other instructional charges and the cost of any books or materials which have been provided by the school. When a student has completed in excess of 5% of the course of instruction the school will retain the application/registration fee, if applicable, but shall refund a part of the tuition and other instructional charges in accordance with the following: The School will retain an amount computed pro-rata by days in class plus 10% of tuition and other instructional charges up to completion of 60% of the course of instruction. When the student has completed in excess of 60% of the course of instruction, the school will retain the application/registration fee and the entire tuition and other charges. The refund policy for short courses up to 20 clock hours shall refund pro-rata up to 60% completion of the course. Applications not accepted by the school shall receive a refund of all tuition and fees paid within 30 calendar days after the determination of non-acceptance is made. The school shall mail a written acknowledgement of a student's cancellation or written withdrawal to the student within 15 calendar days of the postmark date of notification. Such written acknowledgement is not necessary if a refund has been mailed to the student within the 15 calendar days. All student refunds shall be made by the school within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the student's cancellation. A student may give notice of cancellation to the school in writing. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY. Material and cancellation charges may apply based on IQMH’s commitments relating to the ordering schedule, handling, and survey administration of the Survey Materials. If the Customer wishes to cancel any order, the Customer must provide IQMH with three (3) months written notice prior to the scheduled Survey Material ship date, to be eligible for a partial credit for the applicable survey. The amount of partial credit will be determined by IQMH in its sole discretion, based on the material procurement arrangements related to the survey(s) in question and the number of shipments remaining in the then current program year. The credited amount would be net of any applicable material and/or cancellation charges. Credits will be applied to the following year's order. If no order is being placed for the next year, a refund cheque will be issued upon request at the end of the then current program year. For clarity, IQMH will not be obligated to issue any credit for any cancellation notice received by IQMH after such three (3) month period.
