Short courses Clause Samples

The 'Short courses' clause defines the terms and conditions under which short-duration educational or training programs are offered. It typically outlines eligibility requirements, registration procedures, payment terms, and any specific rules or policies that apply to these condensed courses, such as cancellation policies or minimum enrollment numbers. By clearly setting out these details, the clause ensures both the provider and participants understand their rights and obligations, reducing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth course administration.
