Future Travel Credit definition

Future Travel Credit means a credit Issued by Us to You if We cancel Your Booking as a result of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event under clause 5.4(a) (ii) of these Conditions which may be redeemed against a future booking in accordance with clause 5.4(b).

Examples of Future Travel Credit in a sentence

  • If the Future Travel Credit is not utilised within 24 months of the date of cancellation, the full amount will be forfeited.

  • If a Future Travel Credit (“FTC”) or Future Cruise Credit (FCC) was issued to a client prior to a chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately rescind the FTC upon notification of the chargeback.

  • Super Earlybird offer is for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) voucher.

  • If the Future Travel Credit is not utilized within 24 months of the date of cancellation, the full amount will be forfeited.

  • If You cancel Your Journey for any reason prior to 91 days of Your Journey Departure Date (including by changing Your Journey Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Journey Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us.

  • If using a Future Travel credit and You cancel Your Journey for any reason prior to 131 days of Your Journey Departure Date (including by changing Your Journey Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Journey Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us.

  • If using a Future Travel credit and You cancel Your Journey for any reason prior to 90 days of Your Journey Departure Date (including by changing Your Journey Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Journey Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us.

  • If using a Future Travel credit and You cancel Your Tour for any reason prior to 91 days of Your Tour Departure Date (including by changing Your Tour Departure Date or the name of a Guest),You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Tour Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us.

  • If the Future Travel Credit is not utilised within 24 months of the date of cancellation, the full amount will be xxxxxxxxx.Xxx may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties.

  • If using a Future Travel credit and You cancel Your Journey for any reason prior to 91 days of Your Journey Departure Date (including by changing Your Journey Departure Date or the name of a Guest), You will be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% of the Journey Price held as a Future Travel Credit, regardless of when you notify us.

Related to Future Travel Credit

  • Universal Credit means any payment of Universal Credit payable under the Welfare Reform Act 2012, the Universal Credit Regulations 2013, The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2013, Universal Credit (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014;

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.
