Program Fee definition

Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.
Program Fee. With respect to any Purchaser, as defined in the Purchaser Fee Letter.
Program Fee means, as to any Purchaser, the periodic fees set forth in the applicable Fee Letter.

Examples of Program Fee in a sentence

  • The Program fee for administering the bank accounts can change from time to time without notice but cannot exceed the annualized rate of 4.00% without 30 days prior notice to you and in accordance with Section 19.4 hereof.

  • The Program fee is deducted directly from any interest paid on each bank account in the Program, and the net amount is paid to your IRA monthly.

  • Interest earned on such cash balances net of the Program fee shall be credited to your IRA Account as of the end of each month, provided your IRA Account is open on the last business day of the month.

More Definitions of Program Fee

Program Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).
Program Fee. (a) With respect to any Purchaser, as defined in the applicable Purchaser Fee Letter and (b) with respect to any Additional Purchaser, as defined in the applicable Additional Purchaser Fee Letter.
Program Fee means, for each day, the amount equal to the product of (x) the Capital on such day, times (y) the Program Fee Rate, times (z) 1/360.
