More Definitions of Program Fee

Program Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).
Program Fee means, as to any Purchaser, the periodic fees set forth in the applicable Fee Letter.
Program Fee means the amount You pay monthly for protection under the Contract. The amount You pay is applied in arrears. This means the monthly amount You pay is for the previous month of protection. The rate used to determine the Program Fee is subject to change. You will receive notice before any increase goes into effect. PROTECTED BALANCE means the principal, interest, the Program Fee and any amounts which the Creditor and the Borrower agreed to finance as part of the Loan. It does not include any other fees, or any Non-Protected Advances. Additionally, any Advance taken during any period of Life Plus, Disability or Involuntary Unemployment will not be protected and the payment for that Advance will not be cancelled. You are responsible for re-paying any amounts that are not cancelled.
Program Fee means, for each day, the amount equal to the product of (x) the Capital on such day, times (y) the Program Fee Rate, times (z) 1/360.
Program Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Transaction Fee Letter.
Program Fee means the fee paid by Licensor’s branded hotels to Licensor or its designee for various programs benefitting Licensor’s branded hotel system, including (i) advertising, promotion, publicity, public relations, market research, and other marketing programs, (ii) developing and maintaining directories and Internet sites for properties; (iii) developing and maintaining the reservation service systems and support; (iv) quality assurance programs; and (v) administrative costs and overhead related to the administration or direction of these projects and programs.
Program Fee has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 3.4.
