Class Attendance. Failure to attend classes does not relieve me of the obligation to pay the full membership fee for the program in which I am currently enrolled.
Class Attendance. ● Unless otherwise specified in the syllabus provided by my program director or by an instructor at my host university, I am responsible for attending all of my classes and excursions except in the event of illness or extraordinary circumstances beyond my control. I will complete or make-up any coursework I may miss as a result of being absent. Visits from family and friends are not an excuse to miss class. I am to remain in attendance at my host university or on my program for the duration specified on the program webpage or my host university, unless otherwise arranged through Rutgers Global–Study Abroad before the start of the program. Course Equivalencies ● It is my responsibility to secure the necessary approvals for each course I intend to take that requires a course equivalency evaluation. I will actively work with my academic advisor/department head/chair/xxxx on all curriculum matters relating to my degree progress. ○ (For faculty-led programs): Curriculum offered as a part of a faculty led program has been designated for specific departmental credit. If I wish to count these courses towards any other department’s curriculum, I must complete a Course Equivalency Form, which can be found under the Materials section of my online application. ○ (For non-faculty-led programs): I am responsible for submitting a Course Equivalency Form in order for the courses I take abroad to count for major, minor and/or general education courses at Rutgers. An Academic Xxxx or Chair of my department must approve the courses I take abroad to count for equivalencies at Rutgers University, and I am responsible for meeting with them to receive advising and the required signatures. I understand that if I take courses without prior approval by my academic department that the class credits may not be applicable towards my degree(s).
Class Attendance. Section 22.A - All new custodians hired after the ratification of this Agreement will receive basic custodial orientation to include housekeeping skills, building security, emergency procedures and routing task assignment. This orientation shall be conducted by the qualified Head Custodian at the site where the new employee is assigned. Said orientation shall include up to a maximum of eight (8) accumulative hours during the probationary period of employment. New employees must successfully complete the basic custodian orientation, which may include a comprehensive written test, in order to complete the probationary period and to be eligible to bid on open positions.
Class Attendance. I. With the approval of the Chief Officer, employees may attend local educational courses provided their response posture is maintained. All other classes attended shall be approved by the Fire Chief and shall not reduce the maximum daily staffing by more than one person.
Class Attendance. 100% attendance in encouraged. No Credit or Refund will be given for classes that you are unable to attend.
Class Attendance. All employees shall be paid at their regular hourly rate of pay for any class required by the State of Washington to maintain the Driving Certificate and any classes or training courses where mandatory attendance is required by the Employer.
Class Attendance. Employees enrolled in accredited and District-approved education shall be entitled to limited flexibility in regular work schedules to accommodate class attendance as determined and Pre- approved by the Fire Chief or his/her designee. To accommodate class attendance requirements only, limitations imposed by the terms of this Agreement pertaining to shift trades and vacation, may be waived upon prior request by the employee and approval of the Fire Chief or his/her designee. As a general principle, education will be approved subject to the employee making shift trades as necessary to assure that minimal operational staffing is maintained without incurring overtime. However, if, in the sole judgment of the Fire Chief, the benefits to the District of the education outweigh the staffing consideration, the Fire Chief may grant an education request requiring overtime staffing in whole or in part. An Education Request shall clearly indicate any and all overtime staffing that will be incurred.
Class Attendance. Students must arrive on time and is prepared for class. Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back the entire class. Please make every effort to have your child at every class and rehearsal. Our studio’s “3 Strike Policy” will apply. (Please refer to our PraiseTEAM policies online)
Class Attendance. Party A shall log in to the platform 5 minutes before the course starts and remain online until the instructor enters the classroom. If internet connection is disrupted or unstable during the course, Party A shall inform Party B’s customer service immediately. Furthermore, if the disconnection or instability sustains for 10 minutes or longer and is proven to be at no fault of Party A’s own, the reimbursement of one free equivalent class will be granted.
Class Attendance. Employees who wish to attend classes offered by schools, colleges, universities, or other training organizations must do so during their off-hours. If the job related courses are not offered during off-hours, an employee may be granted time off with pay while attending such courses. In special cases, subject to departmental approval, an irregular work schedule may be arranged in order for an employee to attend courses that are not offered during off-hours. Hours spent by an employee while attending class or studying for such class during off-hours will not be considered compensable hours.
