Such leave of absence cannot take place on a Major Race Day as defined in this Agreement in Article XVI (Attendance Policy).

In addition, the Company will provide a half day off for the Coffs Cup Race Day (if it is held) and an additional half day holiday on the last working day before Christmas.
Race Day Norms Athletes should arrive at all meets in their long sleeve shirts or short sleeve shirts and black sweat pants.
