Vacation Policy. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the vacation policy of the Company; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to at least four weeks paid vacation during the first year of the term of employment and at least four weeks paid vacation for each successive year of the term of employment.

If no payment account is on file, fees will be applied as a balance due on account. • All accounts are required to be set up on Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via credit/debit card or bank account. Our sites are not able to accept cash, check or money order payments. Should you wish to pay via another method of payment, you may visit our School Age Program office to pay PRIOR to the scheduled draft processing. • Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check fee (including declined payment from EFT) - $20 per check/EFT decline.
Vacation Policy. 1. When two (2) or more employees on the same shift (if applicable) in a work unit (as defined by EDD) request the same vacation time during a bidding round and approval cannot be given to all employees requesting it, employees shall be granted their preferred vacation period in order of seniority (defined as total months of State service in the same manner as vacation is accumulated). When two (2) or more employees have the same amount of State service, department seniority will be used to break the tie. After review of State service and departmental seniority a tie will be broken by lot. Vacation schedules, which have been established in a work unit, pursuant to the seniority provisions, shall not be affected by employee(s) entering the unit after the schedule has been established.

Vacation Policy. During the initial term, Employee will accumulate one (1) vacation day per month in accordance with policies described in the BASi Employee Handbook. Employee shall also be granted an additional ten days vacation at the start of the initial term, and again at the start of any subsequent term, effectively granting employee 15 years seniority. Employee's compensation shall continue to be paid in full during this period. Any vacation at the end of any year ending on an anniversary date shall carry over to the following one-year period commencing on such anniversary date (the “Following Year”), but shall not carry over beyond the Following Year. Vacation time not used prior to the expiration will be banked for short-term disability as described in the BASi Employee Handbook.
Vacation Policy. 1. All employees are eligible for paid vacation. The rate at which an employee accrues vacation (five (5) days per year, ten (10) days per year, fifteen (15) days per year, twenty (20) days per year, twenty-five (25) days per year, thirty (30) days per year, or thirty-five (35) days per year) is based on the employee's completed years of Company Service. The number of days an employee actually accrues, to be used in the next year, is based on the employee's accrual rate and the number of months the employee is actually paid in the current year.
Vacation Policy. The Executive shall have the right during each year of the Term to take an aggregate of four weeks of paid vacation at such time as may be mutually agreed by the Company and the Executive. Notwithstanding anything in any Company manual or policy to the contrary, any unused vacation shall not accumulate and the Company will not reimburse the Executive for such time at the conclusion of the Term.
